Tom (AssocRICS, Dip R Surv)
Tom has over 20 years’ experience within the property industry. During this time, he has developed extensive expertise surveying a broad range of property types and conditions, from early timber frame and non-standard construction to traditional solid brick buildings and modern cavity wall homes.
Alongside his surveying work, Tom has mentored aspiring surveyors and was selected to act as a regional technical surveyor during his time at a respected Chartered Surveying practice. This role involved providing technical guidance and supporting professional standards across inspections and reporting.
Motivated by a commitment to independence, quality, and professional integrity, Tom established the practice to deliver clear, thorough surveys and a high standard of client service. His approach focuses on practical, well-reasoned advice to help clients understand property condition, risks, and implications before making important decisions.
Matthew (AssocRICS, SAVA Diploma)
Matthew (AssocRICS, SAVA Diploma) is a residential surveyor based in (WR11), providing independent RICS Home Survey reports designed to help you make confident, well-informed choices.
With two years' practical surveying experience and nine years in finance, Matthew brings a methodical approach to every property. That means a careful and detailed review of elements, a clear explanation of condition and risks, and honest guidance on limitations and next steps-especially where further investigation may be sensible.
You can expect a report that is well-structured, photo-supported and written in plain English, highlighting the issues most likely to affect your decision, future maintenance and potential costs.
